Each product sold on the gardinerfamilyapothecary.us website has an estimated shipping lead time. Products are subject to availability. We endeavour to deliver to the times specified, however on rare occasions delays may occur which are outside of our control. If your ordered product is not available we will contact you with an expected delivery date. Please note that items sold online will only be delivered to the address specified on your order.

Delivery to storage, fulfilment or logistics companies for onward delivery is not permitted. Any orders received with such delivery addresses will not be processed and will be refunded within x working days.

Returns Policy

Customer complaints and return requests should be submitted to sales@gardinerfamilyapothecary.us with order number and return reason. Instructions for returning the item will then be provided to the customer. No responsibility can be accepted for items that are lost in transit so it is recommended that all items are returned via recorded delivery. Once, we receive the goods in original packaging and condition we will process a refund. Please note the speed the refund hits your account will depend on your credit card company.

Import duties 

Where applicable import duties must be paid by the receiver and are non-refundable by Gardiner Family Apothecary.
